Just letting you know that my package arrived. I love love love it!!!! I cannot wait to surprise my hubby with it! Not to mention how super comfortable it feels wearing them both - a perfect fit.  I also love the extra you put in your packaging.

The service level was outstanding, delivery was a day sooner than I was expecting and the sizing guide made for a perfect fit of a great product.

It's people like you who make a great name for themselves (heard about you through word of mouth - from my coffee group) because you obviously look after your customers well and care.

Just wanted to let you know what a fanatstic service you provide. I have ordered several things from you and received amazing service every time. Only yesterday did I order some swissper milk bags. As I was expressing this morning I suddenly rememebered I had run out of these bags and then my husband walked in with the mail and there was my order from you!! The best service I have had on and off line in a long time. You are the best!!!

I would like to thankyou or your prompt service I highly recommend your website it was easy to use and efficient- specially important with little ones. I have struggled to find clothes to aide breast feeding so was greatful when I found your website. You are one of the few that stock larger cup size bras as well.  I am usually a d cup but during preganacy and now breastfeeding am FF or G  most sites stop at E cups so thankyou!!

Thanks for the extremely quick service! I can imagine you would be very busy with orders over your sale period. I am eagerly awaiting my order from you!  This is actually my 3rd order! i just wanted to let you know that i was SO impressed with my first purchase, it was so lovely all wrapped up, my husband loved the HOTmilk items so much he placed the second order with you as a gift for Christmas. I have just tried on my order and my 2yo walked in and said, 'pretty mummy' so I guess thats approval from her - and they have approval from me too! HOTmilk lingerie is so gorgeous and Breastmates superfast delivery and easy ordering, combined with the wonderful advice and support from Frances makes purchasing a breeze and a pleasure! The suprise gift-wrapping is like sprinkles on the cupcake.... and the whole experience is as sweet and delightful as an icing covered cake too!

You give very good service, and with two pre-schoolers and another arriving shortly, my own business and living in the country, the internet is my local mall. Once I find a site that's easy to use, easy to order and pay and quick to send, I stick with it. Thanks for running such a great business; it makes a huge difference to people like me.

I can't speak highly enough of Breastmates. Frances you have a wonderful site. I started off buying bpa free bottles and natural remedy items etc but have moved onto HOTmilk lingerie now as well and it's truely beautiful. I bought the portrait of desire nightie, pj nursing top & pants and received the black cami & knicker set. It's gorgeous and the quality is fantastic. We can safely say my husband loves it too!! :-) All my pregnant/nursing friends know about you as do my coffee group. Big thumbs up !!!

When I contacted Frances about HOTmilk lingerie in my size she was out of stock...it is an unusual size 14G  however she contacted the HOTmilk warehouse, discovered that there was one bra left in my size, ordered it and then emailed me to let me know that she had it for me. I have never encountered customer service like it anywhere else. My parcel arrived in Australia in excellent time and was beautifully giftwrapped as well. Thank you so much!

I really appreciated the time you put into sorting out my questions re breast pumps and it is because of that level of service I pass your name onto every friend of mine who gets pregnant, and I know some of them have become your happy customers too.

I don't know if I ever emailed you back after buying the smaller medela breast shield to say that it has been just right for me. I've been able to express fine since using this one - so the medium must have been a little big and not sealed properly. So thanks for your helpful advice with this.

F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!!!! I have purchased a lot of your products (shhh dont tell my husband hehe!!) but my favourite would have to be the Twelve Animals Feeding Shirts. I have four of these now and use one as a pyjama top, so when it comes to the 4am feeds and I am walking around in my sleep I dint need to think of what side to feed from, I just feel for the zips and away I go. WOW! I was thrilled and surprised to get my order this morning, that is fast service, most appreciated too. I had looked at many other preggy tummy bands and decided yours was definitely the best due to it having cotton content, the others were all polyester (i.e. sweaty).  Loved the packaging, I really love ordering from women!
